I woke up this morning mostly groggy only to find myself sluggishly moving toward the couch to sit for the next twenty minutes staring ahead. In my quest of nothingness, I noticed a brown bag from Whole Foods sitting on the kitchen counter containing a single avocado purchased yesterday. And thus, my post for the day!
Preheat oven to 425. Cut avocado in half and eat a little bit of the inside. Crack egg into avocado. Put in oven until desired eggness. Then eat!
First week done and first post! Cutting meat during this first week was pleasant and refreshing. Eliminating a piece of my diet actually expanded my options for lunches and dinners. After a while my meals gain a pattern of pizzas and chicken, so this week opened up to soups, breads and muffins!
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
1/4 c vegetable oil I start with the wet ingredients and slowly
